How Feeling Sports handles personal data collected through forms, analytics and website interactions.

When you fill in a form on our website or through one of our campaigns, the information collected (first name, last name, professional email address, company, role, message, campaign information, etc.) is used only to respond to your request: contact, information request, content download or demo registration.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data is stored securely and is accessible only to the Feeling Sports sales team and to authorized persons handling your request.
Prospect data is kept for a maximum of three years from collection or from the last contact initiated by the prospect, unless a legal obligation applies or a valid erasure request is received.

Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager (audience measurement) is loaded only if you accept analytics cookies.
PostHog (product analytics, session replay, heatmaps and funnels) is loaded only if you accept analytics cookies. Form fields are masked in session recordings.
Any advertising or campaign measurement tags triggered via Google Tag Manager are loaded only according to your consent choices and the active configuration.
Information submitted through our forms is sent to Brevo, which we use as a lead management tool, to record and follow up your request. This server-to-server transfer does not add a Brevo tracker to your browser and does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
